So I went through my Yahoo bulk folder today (always a scary proposition) and found some very interesting titles. In the past, it's mostly been erections and the lads from Laos, but today's titles included:

(Because this chopped off, I looked it up and discovered that it ends: "Intel-i386, and to ``make MINIX better.''")
Unusual:
"billy goat bat mitzvah"
And uplifting:
