My monitor is dying.

...or, if it isn't dying, I'm going to kill it soon. While on, my monitor is making a high-pitched sound that occasionally wavers into distinctly painful ranges.

I need to buy a bed, but I might... just might... need a flat-screen more. Because OW.

I don't suppose anyone has any theories for making this stop? (she asked hopelessly.)
