Hmm. I thought I'd figured out what myrrh smells like, but I guess I hadn't, because Penitence (two-note blend, just frankincense and myrrh) doesn't smell terrible on me, and I thought myrrh smelled terrible on me. Either that, or my skin amplifies frankincense, which may also be a possibility. Or both.
In some cases, I've been trying scents without doing a heavy review. Generally, I've taken a short score of those scents and made plans to go back and review them later, but in this case, I'm sharing my opinion of Aeval, because I think I'm funny. (I know. Cringe.)
"Sage. Smells like someone’s signature scent, but not one for me -- just a very distinctive, not unpleasant scent that would make a good signature scent. Except that I want to rub it on a chicken."
Right. G'night, world.
