Eek. It's coming!

I just checked (having dealt with weird delays already, and being in a sleepy, paranoid state of mind) and discovered that my Dell has actually been delivered to FedEx already. Theoretically, it will arrive on 8/29. Joy!

Here's the part that's puzzling me.

Why hasn't Dell charged me yet? I thought they charged before shipping.
