This is a seriously Weird Thing.

The first time I looked, it was clockwise and I couldn't see anything else.
I alt-tabbed away. Then, when I tabbed back, it was counterclockwise and I couldn't see anything else.

I can now see both, but it takes some serious brain splashing to do so.
