Fruitcake (by BPAL)

Good heavens.

I know I'm not supposed to shop for myself around Christmas, but I ordered 3 bottles for myself anyway (Rose Red, Gingerbread Poppet, and the Fruit of Paradise).

The Lab sent me the following free samples:
- Vinland
- Lilith
- Two, Five, and Seven
- La Belle Dame Sans Merci
- Bengal
- Lightning
and... Fruitcake.

I said, "Fruitcake? What the heck is Fruitcake? I don't remember hearing about that scent."

It turns out that I don't remember that scent because it hasn't been released. The Lab sent me some kind of prototype. It is foody and spicy and good.

This was a really lovely surprise.
